Allie Clifton
Allie Clifton, a sports broadcaster for Spectrum Sports Net, is currently in her 5th year as a player for the Los Angeles Lakers. Allie Clifton has been awarded an Emmy as a sportscaster who has more than 10 years of experiences in sideline and sports journalistic work. She has also played in the NBA for more than 10 seasons. Prior to becoming a part of Spectrum Sports Net, Allie served as the sideline reporter of FOX Sports Ohio's Cleveland Cavaliers telecasts, sideline reporter for the Toledo Mud Hens (Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers), sports reporter on 13 ABC Action News (WTVG) as well as color analyst and sideline reporter for high school, NCAA basketball, volleyball, and track &field on track & field and volleyball on Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN). Clifton is a native of Ohio has earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees at The University of Toledo in Sport Analysis as well as Communication and the Liberal Studies. Her basketball career continued to be successful throughout her time at UT following a highly successful high school experience, which included the school's very first league championship team. There, she was a four-year letterwinner as well as a three-time captain, helping teams to the Mid-American Conference (MAC) West Division winning title in 2010. Clifton is also an experienced player at The Q. Clifton was a player in The Q in this year's MAC Tournament when she was playing at Toledo.
