Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange in California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly father Henry. The majority of people know me through my Instagram @annephung, where I document my life - highs and lows, as well as everything in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my story. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I worked hard to impress them and had a clear vision when it came to the success. My life was set out for me to go to university, get a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase an apartment. My idea of success was to go to university, graduate and get an executive job. Then I'd get married, buy a house and start a family. But life had different plans. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I felt I was wasting away my time to make a living. The passion I have for fitness as well as my love of socializing with people helped me find my new calling as a personal trainer. I began my business in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seventh anniversary this year. Few Asian women work in the industry of fashion. Within the field of coaching, I want to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and happier. In addition, I wish for everyone to be able to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in their life. My career took off as I experienced the greatest success in my entire life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Life's lessons can be hidden from us however they are highly beneficial. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. I believe her death gave me an opportunity to begin a new chapter. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time to go on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. My story is made available to you so that I can talk about my experience as well as my words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to achieving anything you want to. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the best riches. It is my prayer that you experience life at your best and never have regrets about the final hours of your life. We are the only guarantee in life.
